On behalf of our client, a social housing organisation, we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to manage the delivery of the corporate learning and development programme within this growing, Belfast based organisation.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior HR Business Partner will also lead a team within the HR department to deliver and develop a range of core HR services to allocated client areas, in line with the corporate HR business plan, legislative and regulatory.

You will need:

Level six qualification (e.g., Bachelor's Degree, Graduate diploma), or above, in HR or a business–related discipline or equivalent, or minimum Chartered member CIPD AND at least two years' experience in an HR/L&D role in respect of a client group with at least 100 employees.

OR

At least 4 years' (gained in the last 10 years) experience in an HR/L&D role in respect of a client group with at least 100 employees

AND

Experience of delivering an HR service to a client group to include:

• Design and delivery of learning and development programmes and content in support of organisational objectives.

• Resourcing.

• Employee relations including discipline, grievance, performance and attendance management.

Experience of line managing staff in the delivery of an HR or learning and development service to client groups.

Experience of leading and delivering service improvements within an HR or L&D role.

Experience in use of IT systems, including word, databases, Excel, HR information system, to produce targeted management information.

A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*

The organisation offers a starting salary of GBP32,910, based on a 37 hour week, and a great range of benefits including: 22 days annual leave plus 13 statutory days, on–job training, a contributory pension scheme, a health cash plan which can provide help with dental, optician and medical costs (including cover for dependent children in full time education up to 18 years of age), a monthly car allowance, free employee health checks and a Cycle to Work scheme.
