Associate/Senior Associate or Principal Associate - Technology

We are looking for technology lawyers or commercial lawyers with a strong interest in technology law work (IT and Data Protection) to work in our National IT and Data Protection Team - we are flexible on which of our offices in which you would like to be based - Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, NorwichYou will undertake a wide range of technology law work across a range of different industry sectors. Work will include advising a range of clients from innovative start-ups to global corporates, on IT, E-commerce, Data Protection and Commercial arrangements.

Key skills and attributes:
- You should have at least 2+ years post qualification experience.
- You will have good technical skills in commercial and technology law.
- You will be enthusiastic and pragmatic in your approach to delivering legal advice to clients.
- You will be able to demonstrate your interest in technology law, possess good academics, have excellent attention to detail, drafting skills, and negotiating skills.
- You will have good organisational skills to manage clients' needs and timelines, with a pro-active approach to work.
- You should be willing to learn and develop, demonstrate enthusiasm for becoming involved in business development initiatives, and show a good team-working approach whilst possessing a keen sense of humour.
