A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious In-House Legal Counsel to join a fast-growing Professional Services business in Hertfordshire.
The role is fully home working so candidates who are not within commutable distance will also be considered.
The Legal Counsel will support the Legal Director, with responsibilities to include:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious In-House Legal Counsel to join a fast-growing Professional Services business in Hertfordshire.
The role is fully home working so candidates who are not within commutable distance will also be considered.
The Legal Counsel will support the Legal Director, with responsibilities to include:
- Reviewing and negotiating all contracts related to supplier, outsourcing, IT Software
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with sales, operations, marketing etc
- Inputting procedural and operational processes related to wider group activities
- Advising on legal risks and liabilities associated with business activities in relation to various areas of compliance, such as GDPR
- 5+ years' PQE
- A knowledge of the staffing industry is beneficial but not essential
- Experience of an in-house environment is useful as you will be accustomed to a fast-paced environment as part of a small team
- Experience of Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Comfortable advising on all legal matters to the senior stakeholder group
