7twenty Professional Search is delighted to once again be partnering with the Unitrunk Group as they seek to appoint a Head of Manufacturing Operations for their specialist division, Vantrunk based in Warrington, England. Vantrunk is an internationally renowned manufacturer and distributor of innovative engineered cable management products and associated support systems which are designed to withstand even the most extreme of environments.

Reporting to the Group Operations Director, the Head of Manufacturing Operations will provide strategic leadership and direction across the entire site operations to optimise manufacturing processes, systems and performance in order to support the delivery of key company objectives.

The Head of Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for driving a culture of change management and continuous improvement throughout the site in order to achieve Key Performance Indicators and ensure continuity within the supply chain.

The successful candidate will display the following experience:

• Significant senior management experience in an operational role within the manufacturing industry.
• Specific working knowledge and experience of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record in leading a multi–functional team, driving results and improvements in each area of responsibility.
• Evidence of a track record of making significant and tangible improvements within a business.
• Demonstrable ability to lead a department through change whilst ensuring quality and production standards do not waiver.
• Experience of health and safety standards implementation and management.
