Interim Senior HR Business Partner
9 Month Contract
GBP400–500 per day (rate to umbrella)
Remote based (occasional travel to Bristol or London)
Working for a leading professional services organisation we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join an established HR Business Partnering function. This role will provide effective and efficient partnering to the business, drawing on experience and best practice to develop a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Working in close partnership with line managers and employees, you will develop and implement a pro–active generalist HR service to support the delivery of the business objectives and vision for the future. The role requires the ability to think and plan strategically, shape projects and deliver to agreed timelines. Individuals must have a communication style and gravitas that allows them to coach, influence and integrate at a senior level through strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of people strategies and initiatives to enable the delivery of the overall business strategy.
- Identify and implement pragmatic solutions to people and business issues ensuring they are commercially viable as well as in line with employment law and HR best practice.
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and Company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision–making skills.
- Develop and continuously monitor and review a comprehensive library of practical, informative and workable HR Policies & Procedures and implement changes where necessary.
- Partner with the wider business to create alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
The successfully candidate will have previous HR Business Partnering experience with exposure of directly influencing senior stakeholder relationships, ideally within a consulting / professional services environment.
