KYC Senior Business Analyst

On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for a KYC/AML Business Analyst for a 6 month contract based in Remotely or from our London office 2 days a week.

Purpose of the Role:

• We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an exciting new strategic programme. This is an outstanding opportunity to help support our next phase of our transformation, as we continue to adapt and respond to changing customer needs and technology advances

As a Business analyst you will be responsible for:

• You'll form part of the Ongoing Know Your Customer programme, managing the business analysis and requirements for all the MI needed for the revised operating model and the resourcing needed to support it.

• Reviewing operational processes and through collaboration, ascertaining what metrics / MI currently exists and (going forward) what (should/are capable) we measure to best understand actual performance, supporting business decisions. Output of this will include MI validation, reporting, formatting and consistency checking

What we require from the candidate:

• Experience of delivering Business Requirements gathering, formal documentation and data analysis
• Experience with resource forecasting and process analysis to support anticipated resource / headcount to support new or revised operational processes needed going forward.
• Be able to translate all of the above into clear requirements, and transfer those requirements over to the PMs and Operational Leads to deliver
• Comfortable working with a mix of stakeholders across Business, IT and Operations at varying seniority
• Ability to maintain composure and managing to work under pressure and ability to build relationships across the business

Lloyds Banking Group will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
