The firm

BCL Legal is currently assisting a leading Estates, Trusts & Wills Disputes team in Birmingham City Centre with its recruitment of an experienced solicitor to join its busy team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Estates, Trusts & Wills Disputes Solicitor to work on a range of top quality matters.

The role

Working closely with the Principle Associate, the successful candidate will be working on a broad and varied caseload including:

- Inheritance Act claims
- Wills and trusts disputes
- Proprietary estoppel claims
- Breach of trust
- Contentious Court of Protection
- Invalidity of wills on grounds of undue influence
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Removal of executors and trustee

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year's experience in contentious estates, wills and trusts at a large, reputable firm with a solid reputation for practice in this area. You will be able to show great client care skills and be able to confidently carry out business development.
