The Associate Director will be client focused and heavily involved in key transactions. You will advise stakeholders from a stellar, retained client base from day one whilst coordinating wider marketing and business development efforts. Occupying a central position at the heart of the team you will also oversee junior members and provide invaluable mentoring and coaching.

Associate Director Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of retained AIM-quoted corporate clients;
- Primary/secondary lead on AIM IPOs, listings on the standard segment of the LSE, assistance with M&A transactions, likely involving the use of the Takeover Code;
- Completing work to a high standard for senior personnel review;
- Overseeing KYC and AIM related due diligence activities;
- Determining and delegating work to junior team members, providing coaching where necessary, and quality assuring work;
- Participating in key meetings with clients and other professional advisors;
- Interacting with regulatory supervisory bodies (AIM Regulation, The Takeover Panel, UKLA/FCA etc) as necessary;
- Identifying and progressing new business opportunities/initiatives
- Degree educated to a minimum of 2:1 standard;
- ACA or CFA Qualified/PQ or a qualified lawyer with experience undertaking public markets / corporate transactions;
- Ideally, 5 - 7 years’ experience post university with 4+ years in a nominated adviser practice;
- AIM Qualified Executive or close to having sufficient relevant experience
- Experience leading relevant transactions under the AIM Rules;
- Strong technical skills and advanced numeracy;
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Demonstrable aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail, leadership skills and work ethic.
