About this role
About this role
BlackRock's Global Cash Management is a dynamic area of growth. We are one of the largest managers of cash in the world with $727 billion in assets under management (as at 30 June 2021). We have been an innovator and leader in the cash markets for over 30 years by combining investment management, distribution and technology to build an effective and efficient cash management experience for our clients.
We offer product solutions ranging from money market funds to fully customized separate accounts, and everything in between. We've pioneered environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing solutions, and, through our 2017 acquisition of Cachematrix, offer custom web–based cash management investment platforms for financial institutions and corporate treasurers alike. These innovations are at the center of our goal to transform the cash management ecosystem for investors.
Within our Global Cash Marketing team, we seek an individual to support the international marketing effort. Our global team is crafted around three pillars: Education, Sales Enablement, and Experiential Marketing. Working closely with the broader Global Cash Marketing team, and in partnership with International Cash Sales and International Cash COO, this person will lead regional initiatives across all three pillars.
In addition to project management, this individual will develop collateral, expand our digital presence, coordinate events and conferences, and oversee business development initiatives.
Do you enjoy employing your skills on a variety of marketing projects? Finding creative solutions to complex problems? Are you passionate about engaging with leaders, thinking strategically and developing a team? If so, we want to talk to you!
We are looking for an experienced marketer with outstanding project management skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle multiple stakeholders with ease.
Reporting to the Global Head of Cash Marketing, with a dotted line to the Head of International Cash Sales, this regional lead will manage a growing team and will be responsible for international execution across all client channels and regional products.
The ideal candidate will be motivated by a fast–paced, dynamic and collaborative environment. Enjoying autonomy, a blend of creative and logical application, and ultimately playing a substantial role enabling sales growth, planning and implementing client experiences, and expanding the digital footprint for a critical and growing segment of the world's second largest cash manager.

About BlackRock
At BlackRock, we are all connected by one mission: to help more and more people experience financial well–being. Our clients, and the people they serve, are saving for retirement, paying for their children's educations, buying homes and starting businesses. Their investments also help to strengthen the global economy: support businesses small and large; finance infrastructure projects that connect and power cities; and facilitate innovations that drive progress.
This mission would not be possible without our smartest investment – the one we make in our employees. It's why we're dedicated to creating an environment where our colleagues feel welcomed, valued and supported with networks, benefits and development opportunities to help them thrive.
