The role
This is a hands on role and we look for action people who get stuck in.
The role is to recruit and build our Finance & Accountancy team. Ideally you should be good with both trainees and experienced staff as trainees is a great way to grow the business.
About you
You will be a successful Finance & Accountancy recruiter and be in a management role.
You will be good at finding and tracking down talent and training recruitment practice and sales.
You will have an ability to spot talent and ability, passion and desire.
You will be a team player, ambitious and determined to build a strong team.
