Resourcing Partner
We are currently supporting a excellent business who are looking for a Resourcing Partner to join their team.
In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for business groups for different levels of candidates across all offices, mostly high volume. You will be part of a wider HR team that supports the firm in areas such as HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, diversity and inclusion and reward.
This role will be 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Advisor:
Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle using the talent acquisition software
Assess current recruitment strategies and processes in line with human resources orientations and policies
Advise, orient and guide managers during the analysis of needs and profiles sought
Pro–actively using social media channels for advertising vacancies and brand awareness
Manage the portal system for both direct and agency applicants
Providing an end to end recruitment serviceEssential requirements:
Previous experience in Recruitment / as a Talent Acquisition Advisor / Specialist
Previous sourcing/headhunting experience
Knowledge and understanding of stakeholder management at a senior level
Experience in high volume Recruitment
