This full–time pre–sales role is based in London and offers a favourable salary of GBP65k–GBP70k and an exceptional benefits package.
As a flexible Pre–Sales Director, you will report directly to the CRO and manage the pre–sales function. The team is comprised of colleagues with varied experience and skill levels, and as such, you will need to be an outstanding coach and manager.
If you had spent the past week in this Pre–Sales Director role, you would have:
??? Developed the 3 sub–functions within the Pre–Sales team
??? Managed, motivated, and coached the Pre–Sales sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
??? Designed and implemented sales processes
To succeed in this Director of Pre–Sales role, you should have a passion for customers and evidence of extensive success within a software sales environment. You should also have proof of gaining multi–product expertise quickly and the ability to transfer this to others effectively. In addition, the ability to train others effectively and exceptional relationship–building skills are essential.
