Clinical Negligence Supervisor, 10+ PQE, Manchester - This national firm with a specialist and successful Clinical Negligence team have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Supervisor.
JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Supervisor EXPERIENCE: 10+ LOCATION: Manchester SALARY: up to c£70,000 DOE
THE ROLE: This position has arisen due to continued growth within this busy firm. Their successful Clinical Negligence team have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Solicitor who can supervise the wider team as well as running their own varied caseload of matters. The successful Clinical Negligence Supervisor will lead on cases of the highest value, in particular catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries with assistance from a team of clinical negligence lawyers. The appointed candidate will work towards achieving the required operational and financial performance of the team, contributing to the success of the department, whilst actively driving, developing and supervising a team of lawyers working on these specialist cases.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 10 years' PQE that are operating at Court Grade A. In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have strong supervisory skills along with excellent client care and interpersonal skills. Coupled with this must be an enthusiasm to train and share experiences to guide other members of the team and contribute to the department's success. This opportunity would suit a confident and compassionate senior lawyer with a strong background of representing claimants and victims of clinical negligence and who has a strong track record of running complex cases.
