Childcare Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join a highly regarded Childcare and General Family Law team in Leeds.

This leading Yorkshire firm is looking for a specialist Childcare Solicitor to manage a caseload of predominantly public law cases, but if you are interested in general family law the firm may be able to offer some cases in those areas too.

Applicants should ideally be on the Law Society's Children's Panel, although candidates who are not are still welcome to apply.

You will be well versed in legal aid regulations and ideally be prepared to develop a trusted professional relationship and links with CAFCASS and other childcare agencies.

If you have excellent advocacy, drafting and interpersonal skills, the highest standard of client care, good organisational skills and the ability to produce consistently high quality work, I would like to hear from you.

Like most legal practices, the firm have been working remotely during the pandemic with occasional office visits. That will continue until the restrictions are lifted. Once resrtictions are lifted you will be able to take advantage of the firms fabulous, recently renovated, purpose-designed offices conveniently located in Leeds.
