We are currently handling thesearch to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a Private Equity backed consumer / digital sector, based in London..
The business has a goodmarket niche and has performed well throughoutCovid. Withan impressive EBITDA the business has an excellent platformfor future growth, and the business strategy moving forward is to grow internationally both organically and via M&A, before an exit in the next 18 months or so.
The CFO will need to be a strategic and commercial operator, who is comfortable being hands on and working in the detail. They will need experience of working in a Private Equity environment,and relevant experiencein the consumer, digital or closelyalignedsectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CFO looking to go on a growth journey before an imminent exit.
