Finance Business Partner for a large property and construction consultancy for a 6 month assignment
Interim Finance Business Partner
Your role
You will be offering a business partnering service supporting the Sector Leads and Business Unit managers in all financial aspects of performance, monitoring, and reporting including revenue, capital, projects, fees and charges, support service allocations , balance sheet and reserves.
The company is wholly owned by a local authority but operates as a commercial entity and is split into the parent company and 3 subsidiaries. Experience of group / commercial finance would be helpful.
Some experience with public sectors organisations would be of use as well, to understand some of the background and political nature of the role.
Some understanding of construction or fee based proposals could also be useful due to the nature of their work in providing construction , FM, Building Control services both back to the Local Authority and other public sector organisations for commercial outcomes.

CCAB qualified OR ATT with significant Business Partnering experience

- £260 - 280 p/day Umbrella pay type (PAYE is available)
