We are currently handling the CFO search for a Private Equity backedbusiness operating in the manufacturing / Business Services sector, based in London.
This is a board level position partnering theCEO and working closely with the PE investors and wider management team. The CFO will have a broad remit and be responsible for all financerelated activities. They will play a major part in the future strategy and growth plans of the business, which will be both organic growth and via M&A.
The role requires someone with a hands-on approach to finance, with a strong background in controls and process, as well as strategic business partnering and financial planning capabilities.
You will have previously worked in a high growth private equity environment and have strong M&A experience.
This shouldbe a lucrative journey for the CFO as the package will include an attractive equity incentive.
