My client is the fastest growing health care business in the UK, they are private equity owned and are set to double their EBITDA over the next few years. They have around 10 acquisitions planned this year with more likely. They are looking for a Finance Manager to be based in Leatherhead and will get excellent exposure to the senior leadership team.

Job Description
The role requires a proven Finance Manager that has been responsible for the pricing strategies internally. This role will hopefully be integral to evolving the pricing into a regular revenue stream for the business. The role requires the following:
  • Maintain and update a pricing database
  • Lead pricing for tenders and bids, ensuring they are competitive
  • Financial evaluation of current pricing to assess effectiveness
  • Enhance profitability whilst ensuring integrity and accuracy in the pricing
  • Own the fees charged for new placements
  • Defend price challenges from local authorities
  • Management and development of 3 analysts
  • Board reporting of fee increase KPI's
  • Proactive fee review process
  • High volume business
  • Manage the pricing process, maintain and continually improve the process
  • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
Will be strong commercially, have hands-on exposure to pricing and the intricacies that surround it. Have proven examples of where they have implemented effective pricing strategies and what the results have been for the businesses they have worked in.

Ideally health care or a complex retail environment would work well for this business, with prior pricing and commercial ability essential. Exposure to CareCubed would be highly advantageous and strong excels skills needed.

The role offers a competitive salary, with additional bonus potential based on uplifts in the pricing and therefore overall revenue amounts. Potential to increase package by GBP10-GBP15k on the bonus.
