Head of Property
Entrepreneurial and agile business is seeking a new head of property. Ideally you will be a Chartered Surveyor and now work with a property team within retail environment. This is a highly commercial role and is key to the continued growth of the business. Reporting into the CFO you will be leading the UK wide company property strategy.
Responsibilities:
–Identifying opportunities for new stores and asset management through liaison with developers, landlords and property agents.
–Dealing with the legal matters surrounding the renting of properties.
–Developing and implementing the property strategy and portfolio plan for an existing estate.
–Undertaking feasibility and viability appraisals on existing sites.
–Managing and working with planning, project management and sales teams, from acquisition to completion.
