I am partnering with a large Health care organisation in the North West, who are currently looking for an experience Programme Manager to support the creation of new Workforce processes. Reporting to the Head of Resourcing and Associate Director or Workforce, this role will be integral to the delivery of a new temporary staffing function, improvements to recruitment within the staff bank and supporting the tendering process to bring an outsourced medical banking provider in 2022.

Your duties as Workforce Programme Manager:

Work with line management and a large Bank system to understand current recruitment and retention processes.
Take responsibility for a number of newly created programmes of work across recruitment, temporary staffing and Workforce efficiencies.
Increase the Bank offering further to include both AHPs and Administrative staff.Experience needed as the Workforce Programme Manager:

Extensive experience working within Programme/Project Management.
Experience working to strict timescales and strong time management.
Workforce efficiency experience within a Healthcare environment.
Experience with working with 3rd party organisations across the landscape.
Strong Stakeholder engagement.
