A North East based local authority is seeking a new Interim Regeneration Programme Manager to oversee and delivery some exciting town centre regeneration projects.
The busy local authority client has had an influx of funding from the Town Deals fund as well as Levelling Up funding set to come through.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with quantity surveyors and architects to support smooth delivery of projects on site with ongoing projects. They should also have a background in working up business cases and putting together funding bids within a local authority setting.
The role will permit a degree of remote working but candidates should ideally be based locally.
