Commercial Property Solicitor (Property/Agricultural/Landowner Development) - 5 Year PQE+

Due to expansion, a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen for my Legal 100 client based within their Salisbury office.
The firm are ranked within the top tiers for many of their specialisms and this includes Commercial Property and the team act for various landowners and charitable organisations.
This particular role is working within Property, Agricultural and Landowner Development and will be providing assistance on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses. Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m and can include promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures.
You will be a highly competent Solicitor with a minimum of 5 Years' PQE, coupled with a strong background in general property law including agricultural and rural property. In addition to that, experience of property finance, planning and development experience is also essential.
