Real Estate Senior Associate - Cardiff
Our well-established client is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate team in their Cardiff office.
Our client's full-service Real Estate team is growing rapidly, advising on a range of high-value and complex legal matters. The successful candidate will work within the market-leading commercial development and leasing team. You will act on office and logistics real estate portfolios for a wide range of global corporations, also acting on commercial and residential development schemes for investors and commercial developers. In addition to this, you will undertake complex lettings and the acquisition and disposal of development plots. Working within a supportive and friendly team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience with the firm's largest clients.
To be considered for this role, you will have over 4 years' PQE, with excellent landlord and tenant experience and a strong commercial outlook. You will also ideally have experience in acting for large corporates and national developers. Working well as part of a team with the ability to build strong relationships, with both colleagues and clients, is important. Strong academics and technical ability are required, however having a positive and ambitious attitude are equally important for this client.
Our client has not returned to the office full-time, therefore this role offers flexibility with the expectation to be in the office at least twice a week, and then remote working for the remaining days.
