Head of Business responsibilities:
You will lead and support your Management team in ensuring that Company and Manufacturer standards, objectives and requirements are met and where possible, exceeded. A 'true' people person, you will constantly inspire excellence and consistently motivate by providing the tools to allow your Managers to enhance the performance levels of their teams. With a strategic approach to business, you will recruit key team members, control cash flow P&L, stock and assets and monitor financial performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You must have the ability to also create solid Manufacturer relationships and help increase sales and service output through promotional activity.
The ideal Head of Business:
As an experienced leader, you'll know what it takes to run a successful dealership and possess the strength of character, resilience and relentless enthusiasm necessary to do so. Process driven with a track record of exceeding targets you'll put the needs of the customer and your team at the heart of everything you do.

Helston Garages Group was founded in 1960, today we partner with 13 automotive brands, have 37 outlets and employ in the region of 980 people throughout the South West of England with businesses across Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
