Finance Manager, Marcomms, Central London, £55k
We are looking for a highly skilled Group Finance Manager to join our growing team and would act as the number two to the Group Financial Controller, running the day to day of the finance function in a dynamic and fast paced Marcomms group. Delivering accurate and timely financial information across the various group companies to strict deadlines whilst mentoring and coaching the team.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and consolidated group numbers to feed into Board Pack
- Initial oversight of WIP, Accrued and Deferred Income, as well as review of control the purchase & sales ledger processes across all group companies
- Control and reporting on aged debtors process
- Preparation of weekly 13-week cash forecasting for each of the Group companies, for review by Group FC;
- Preparation of all documentation for annual audit;
- Support the ongoing documentation and delivery of the Group Accounting Manual and Processes;
- Making recommendations to efficiencies;
- Support the Group FC and finance team on the delivery of Ad hoc requests and information
- Support the UK in management of new systems and processes implementation for new companies in the Group
- Coach, mentor and manage junior reports
- First point of contact for the twice annual performance reviews
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Strong communication skills in order to interact confidently and effectively with Partners and staff at all levels
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Must be a confident communicator and have a genuine interest in work of the group as this role requires a lot of interaction with the business.
