I am currently working with a nation wide Insurance provider, who are looking to recruit a qualified Actuary for a position as the head of Capital and ALM, this is an amazing opportunity to work for one of the best Insurance providers in the country.

The primary purpose of the role is to support the Finance Director, Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer in achieving the objectives set for the Actuarial Function:

• Lead the production of the ORSA and Business Plan projections
• Lead on the delivery of the Standard Formula Appropriateness Evaluation
• Lead on the management of the Matching Adjustment portfolios
• Lead on the asset liability management

• A qualified actuary with experience of working within the Actuarial Function of a UK Life assurer
• To understanding of Solvency II, ORSA 2, capital management and ALM
• To have a good understanding of Actuarial Modelling systems
