JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 6+ PQE LOCATION: Birmingham City Centre SALARY: £65,000 + starting salary dependant on experience

THE CANDIDATE: Senior Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm who are renowned for their commercial property offerings. You may already be an associate within your current firm and be looking for a new challenge for yourself and possibly some of your key team members. The firm are open to team moves and are keen to hear from those who have an excellent reputation within the local market. You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development and leasehold enfranchisement.
