Head of Operations – Facilities Management

Interim – 12–24 Month Assignment – GBP300–GBP350 per day (Umbrella available)

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a large company, who are looking for a Head of Operations (FM) based in the South East.

Day to Day:

Reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities, the Head of Operations will be responsible for delivering the strategic vision of their Facilities Management operations.

Working with key stakeholders (both internal and external) the Head of Operations will explore with our customer and user base their aspiration for the Estates & FM service, challenging the "status quo" and finding a fit for purpose solution

Key milestones in the exciting project will include, the Procurement and Mobilisation into operation of a CAFM type system, achieving Environmental Sustainability ISO14001 accreditation and leading on their PPM re–procurement & mobilisation initiative.

Requirements:

Due to multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) my client is looking for a well organised and thorough and articulate leader who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
