RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - NORTH SURREY
A Legal 500 firm are looking for an Residential Property Solicitor with more than 5 years' PQE to work in their office near to Farnborough. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have several offices across London & Surrey and Hampshire. They have an excellent staff retention rate and people genuinely enjoy working here.
This is an interesting position for an ambitious Residential Property fee earner who is keen to grow their practice and progress their career. You will be responsible for managing a busy Residential Property caseload and mentoring junior members of the team. While there is already a good pipeline of instructions, it is essential that the successful candidate enjoys forging and maintaining these networks through active business development.
You will be technically competent across a full range of Residential Property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgage and transfer of equity.
