Finance Manager & Executive Assistant
Location: Kirkby Lonsdale
Salary: dependant on experience and qualifications
Our client is a multi–award winner and market leading provider of healthcare products and services. They operate across the UK & Ireland as well as in many countries internationally. They are now entering an exciting time in their history and are creating a new role for a Finance Manager & Executive Assistant to join their expanding team in Kirkby Lonsdale. Working closely with their Finance Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day to day finance activities along with providing executive support to the finance Director and CEO. An overview of some of the duties and responsibilities in the role are detailed below:
Bank Reconciliations, purchase ledger and sales ledger
Generating monthly statements for partners
Reviewing and collecting certain card payments
Manage the financial relationships with key suppliers
Manage HR, IT and Office manager tasks as appropriate
General Financial and Office Admin work as required to ensure the effective and efficient running for the finance function and office environment
Applicantions are sought from candidates with:
• Accounting and/or book–keeping qualification
• In–depth working knowledge of Sage 50
• Running banking and balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing strict month end deadlines
• Finance experience with multi currencies and international sales
• Excellent attention to detail & a highly organised working habit
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills and a first–class telephone manner
• Enthusatic, task focused and results orientated
The successful person will have proven experience in the following areas:
• Financial reporting and KPI management
• Producing management accounting reports
• Generating management dashboards information
• Auditing
• ISO9001
