We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Learning Business Partner to join the L&D team supporting our Estate Agency Division. Whilst we've always had a blended learning approach we recognise now more than ever, the importance that digital learning has on our colleagues. The Digital Learning Business Partner (DLBP) is responsible for supporting business performance in the Estate Agent Division through effective design of digital learning solutions and delivery and evaluation of learning. The DLBP will foster and develop an embedded culture of learning and continuous improvement, through demonstrating role model behaviours; collaborate, partner, commercial thinker and being a passionate and agile deliverer/designer.

The ideal candidate will have experience of learning design, delivery of virtual and face to face classroom, development of digital content and creation of blended learning. You will have excellent working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Captivate with keen attention to detail and clarity of expression. Knowledge of the property industry is desirable along with knowledge of Residential and Lettings legislation

The successful candidate will ideally hold a Professional qualification in training (CIPD, CTLLS, PTLLS, DTLLS, NVQ in Learning and Development). ARLA/NAEA status would also be desirable

This is a remote, home based role so location can be flexible. Occasional national travel may be required.
