Head of Maintenance, South West London
Our client is a rapidly growing and incredibly innovative building services company operating in a niche growth market (primarily residential at the moment) with a bright forecast for 2021/2022. As part of their expansion plans they are now looking for a head of Maintenance to lead their Maintenance team.
The successful candidate will develop, implement and manage systems around statutory compliance, health and safety, maintenance, project sign off and asset management ensuring that the team have solid systems and processes to follow. In addition, you will provide hands on management to the team, with regular performance reviews, setting KPIs and managing results accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have a good general technical background in building services, with an excellent understanding of statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance and some project management experience. You must be a hands–on manager, willing to set up the teams activities weekly, monitor the results and provide training when necessary. Our client is rapidly growing and dynamic so the successful candidate must be able to embrace change, developing processes that fit the business's needs.
