We are seeking a Head of Communications and Marketing, who will play a leading role in how we tell our distinctive story to a range of audiences, developing the reputation of FCHO in Oldham, the Greater Manchester region and beyond.
Overseeing the fast–paced work of our communications and marketing team, you will direct our ambitious external relations activities for customers and partners and lead our innovative internal communications as we develop our organisation culture.
You will create and deliver a communications and marketing strategy that is aligned to the wider strategic objectives and corporate plan. Through innovative, digital and forward–thinking methods, you will ensure that FCHO has a strong and consistent brand identity, which is positively promoted at all times.
About You ???
You will be an experienced communications professional, who has successfully led teams to deliver a high–quality marketing and communications service in a fast–paced environment.
You will be a naturally strong communicator, with highly developed verbal and written skills and the ability to deliver impactful content to a wide variety of audiences and across multiple channels.
As an authentic leader, you will have experience of managing teams and driving performance, through the ability to motivate and provide inspirational leadership
