A Commercial Finance Manager is sought by an instantly recognisable Retail / FMCG brand, based Essex.
You will be a true business partner, providing strategic commercial support to the business whilst leading a talented team of three qualified Finance Business Partners.
Key responsibilities:
Be a true business partner to drive key decision making within the organisation
Drive change by proactively challenging performance – ensuring key targets are achieved. Provide analysis and insight to support development of mitigation plans
Be the finance 'go to' person for key business stakeholders – building and maintaining effective working relationships
Partner key senior stakeholders, including the CFO, providing 'forward looking' financial information
Lead on budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
Assist with long term strategic plans with in–depth analysis and insight
Review and challenge business cases
Lead and develop a team of three Finance Business Partners
Ad hoc projects where required
Key requirements:
Qualified accountant
Relevant, commercial finance experience
Retail / FMCG or related industry experience
Package:
GBP75–85,000 salary
Bonus scheme
