Commercial Finance Manager/Senior Finance Business Partner required to support the operations and growth during a period of investment and restructure.

Whilst reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance and managing and developing a small team you will provide decision support to numerous areas to drive the sales and future growth across the multi–site retail business.

Duties and accountabilities will include:

Management and development of a team

Provision of business partnering to Sales, Stock, revenue streams, promotions, supply–chain and other areas

Development of weekly KPI reporting, supporting income and sales teams through meaningful analysis whilst keeping risk to a minimum.and ad–hoc analysis to support categories and other areas.

You will become the "go to" for decision support to the above areas and will have the confidence to build meaningful relationships, identify opportunities and threats and present your findings in regular reviews.
