Technology Delivery Lead – Agile – Remote working – GBP70,000

Technology Delivery Lead required by my client to manage a team of developers (with support of team leads and technical product owners) to deliver large scale Agile Software Development in the cloud (AWS) – predominately affecting e–commerce and online retail activities.

Role could suit a senior level Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead or someone from a development background who has worked their way to leadership/management in an agile environment. Candidates must have proven experience leading and managing developers; as well as communicating effectively and collaborating with senior level business stakeholders.

Permanent role offering up to GBP70,000, remote working with limited expectation to attend the office. Role open in UK and across Europe.

Requirements:

1. Experience directly managing / leading developers
2. Strong agile experience (experience transitioning into agile especially attractive)
3. Experience managing global teams
