Head of Inheritance & Trusts Disputes
Are you looking to step up into a Head of Department role? This could be just the right opportunity for you!
At this legal 200 firm you will head up the established inheritance & trusts disputes team based across Devon & Cornwall.
You will already be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 5+ years' experience within litigation and specifically inheritance disputes. You will have touched upon matters relating to claims against estates, division of assets and other contentious probate matters. Ideally you will also be confident advising on will validity claims, contentious Court of Protection work and proprietary estoppel.
The work is good quality and often complicated.
In an ideal world you will already have supervisory experience. You will be a strong leader able to further develop this team. However, candidates who are not quite at Head of Department/Team Leader level should still get in touch as you will be fully supported by the General Head of Litigation to get where you need to be.
This opportunity can be offered at either senior associate or salaried partner level.
Despite being a top legal 200 firm, you will not find this employer stuffy or overly corporate. This is a friendly environment, and all employees pull together to achieve more as a team.
Fantastic salary & Benefits package on offer for the right candidate.
This is an Exeter based role with flexible working options including 2–3 days/week working from home.
