This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and client–focused business development professional to take a leading role in maintaining strategic relationships with the companies channel partners, directly contributing to the success of the business and their ongoing sales strategy.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and expanding key strategic customer and partner relationships, responding to opportunities and promoting their organisations services to secure additional contracts, as well as strengthening their relationships to protect the businesses existing portfolio.

Duties within the role–

• Working collaboratively with stakeholders across operations, commercial & contracts, making sure you are responding to the needs of the client with pace

• Contributing regularly to the Business Development team's Revenue and Margin targets, in accordance with associated individual KPIs./ SLAs, you'll have a direct impact on business performance

• Provide strategic guidance to customers by understanding all aspects of their business, existing and future systems, environment and needs, assisting in developing the right solutions with the necessary stakeholders

• Interfacing with partners during the sales cycle, you will work to clarify scope, capture specific customer requirements, develop solutions and establish robust costs

• Take an active role in meeting with potential customers to demonstrate company products and service, developing presentations and marketing materials as required

• Supporting broader BD activities, marketing, profile and brand building and relationship management initiatives



Does this sound like you?



• An engaging and persuasive relationship manager, with a proven track record in successful account management (ideally with a global remit)

• Excellent project, organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan for all activities and see projects through to completion

• Experience of working in a business development setting in the professional services ,legal or software sectors

• Good business sense and a full understanding of commercial consideration
