We are boldly investing and to continue our growth we are looking for an impressive Talent Acquisition and Training Director to help us grow our team in our 25 branches.

The role

To recruit recruitment staff for Interaction. And where these are trainees the role will be to train them up. So this is most definitely a hiring and a training role.

About you

You MUST have worked in the recruitment industry; no applications from outside the recruitment industry can be considered as we need good experience of our sector and hopefully you will bring connections and a network

You will be good at finding and tracking down talent and training recruitment practice and sales

You will have an ability to spot talent and ability, passion and desire.

You must be located in a 'sensible' location so that you are able to get around England. The role will involve travel to our branches from time to time

Package

We offer a superb salary and a bonus based on revenue from your hires. So you will have a lot of control over your earnings.
