HR Management and Support
Oversee the weekly and monthly payroll administration process to ensuring correct data is processed with timely response and resolution to queries
Provide advice and support to Supervisors with investigations and reviews relating to performance management and absence issues up to SGL 14 including low performers and developing PIP plans
Provide advice and support to Supervisors on investigations relating to disciplinary and grievance up to SGL 14
HRBP for London and UK Expats on international assignments
Act as the point of contact for HR advice and guidance to employees, supervisor, and other HR team members
Manage the staff movement process including the management of the organisational chart
Monitor, review and update all HR policies and supporting documentation, ensuring these are in line with current legislation and best practice
Assist with recruitment campaigns; Candidate competency verification & appointment matrix up to SGL 14s
Day to day contract liaison with the Temporary Agency vendor
Manage the reporting process of ConocoPhillips and Contractor headcount
Update personnel databases / records and resources as required
Oversee the role profile and People MOC process
Facilitate the onboarding of employee new starters and leavers
Oversee the time attendance system
Lead the retirement approval process and oversee the administration
Ensure confidentiality and security of personal employee data is maintained in line with company and legislative requirements

UK Benefits
Day to day benefits administration of the UK Flexible Benefits plan
Monthly vendor account reconciliations aligned to the submission of data for payroll
Assist with the annual MyFlex (flexible benefits) renewal and enrollment process

Additional Responsibilities
Communicate site wide announcements
Create reservations / requisition Orders and approving service entries ready for invoice approval

Financial / Contract and Personnel Management
Responsible to monitor the contract value, ensuring that the work scope is effectively delivered, and the scope is not expanded or changed unless the appropriate process is followed and approved
Generates ideas for cost saving/efficiencies
Coach, support and mentor team members / peers

Business Expectations

Competency Requirements

Business Management or HR Degree – Essential
Chartered qualification or working towards chartership – Desirable
Similar working experience in the oil & gas industry or other regulated industry – Desirable
Hold a Full UK driving licence and to drive company vehicles where appropriate – Essential
Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills – Essential
Ability to use Microsoft packages and SAP – Essential
Good reporting, communication and workload management – Essential
Appropriate Physical and Mental Capability to undertake the role – Essential
