About the role:

We are proud to be recruiting for this leading Cambridge employer who has reputation of being an employer of choice. Operating across 170 countries, this newly formed organisation is looking for a commercial Senior HR Professional who understands the challenges and complexities of transformation and change, The organisation has ambitious development plans to provide world leading services to their market.

Within their new operating model, a new position has been created which will oversee and lead the HR Business Partnering function for this newly combined business group.
We are looking for a truly talented Senior HR Professional to lead the partnering team through the initial period of integration and into the future. You have the support of a shared service function, change managers and your own HR team to help you create a sustainable partnering function for the future. As an HR Leader, you will have the ability to lead people through a change programme with empathy and collaboration. You will be a natural coach who enjoys people development as well as strategic HR initiatives and operational HR delivery.
Partnering at board level, you will have the ability to think strategically and translate what the business needs into operational HR delivery.


About you:

• You have demonstrable international experience which could have been gained across a range of sectors/organisations, partnering with a number of countries across the globe.
• Partnering and providing senior leadership and stakeholder management to board level or equivalent.
• You have led or supported significant transformational programmes, preferably through integration or merger.
• You are experienced in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, talent and performance management and employment law.
• You are commercially focused and have the flexibility and resilience to work in complex and ambiguous situations.
