Our client is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join their supportive, professional and welcoming resourcing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for candidate attraction and recruitment compliance across a broad spectrum of roles.

Working with a hard working but fairly relaxed team, there are currently no sales KPI's, hence no commission or bonus on offer, but a competitive, negotiable salary.

Candidates with previous clinical, care, healthcare recruitment experience would be highly advantageous however the client is willing to consider a candidate with good all–round 360 recruitment experience. A candidate who is relatively 'tech savy' in relation to resourcing candidates, open to new ways of resourcing and with a 'think outside the box' work ethic would be ideal.

Daily duties:
?? Provide expertise in the development of attraction methodologies and techniques, utilising technology where appropriate, to attract high quality, high calibre candidates
?? Build strong partnerships within the local communities to build employer brand
?? Maintain the website and other social media platforms in relation to jobs, careers information and other attractor content
?? Build strong social media presence through Facebook and LinkedIn and other appropriate social media platforms including company website
?? Conduct regular market place salary reviews, job evaluations and benchmarking
?? Establish 'best practice' in the field of recruitment and resourcing
?? Develop external/internal talent pools and pipelines via a range of approaches and methodologies
?? Support and contribute to the development and implementation of the succession plans
?? Screen candidates over the telephone and where necessary, face to face
?? Provide shortlisted candidates to line managers and support with interviews when required, recruiting for values and culture
?? Keep in touch with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing a customer centric candidate experience
?? Recruitment compliance: support with the DBS and reference checks for hires and ensure this process is delivered at speed
?? Responsibility for the administration of resourcing where required, including offer process and referencing
?? Producing reports and analytics for weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Recruitment and The People and Performance Director

Essential qualifications:
* Minimum of three years in–house or agency recruitment experience
* Exceptional communication skills
* Excellent sourcing and candidate management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft office and various resourcing systems
