I'm working with a respected Warwickshire-based client who is looking to recruit a senior Commercial Property lawyer as part of ongoing succession planning.
The firm is a well-established full-service law practice with a longstanding client base of commercial and private clients. The work that the commercial property department undertakes is a mix of transactional and development work and would suit a generalist who enjoys working day to day with a variety of clients from different sectors.
You will work closely with a retiring Partner, picking up a caseload of matters concerning residential and commercial development work, L&T lease work, buying and selling freehold and leasehold commercial land and premises, and portfolio management. Someone who could advise on some general commercial matters would also be viewed favourably.
In terms of suitable candidate, you will ideally be somewhere in excess of 5 years PQE, commercially focused, have a willingness to build relationships with new and existing clients and a dedication to your area of practice.
The firm is offering an excellent salary package from the outset with the prospect of Equity available in the short- to mid-term.
Please contact Andrew Cookson for an initial confidential discussion about the role, or apply via the link enclosing your current CV.
