Legal Recruitment Consultant - International Market
We are looking for someone to join us to head up and develop the international legal recruitment market. The client database is already built and we have invested in brand new, state of the art mapping software, meaning that candidate pinpointing and generation is made incredibly easy - worldwide.
You will ideally be a legal recruiter looking to spread your wings into the international legal recruitment market or a recruiter with international recruitment experience happy to look at the legal market.
You will be able to cherry pick from amongst the lucrative markets of Asia / Hong Kong, Middle East, Europe / Ireland, offshore tax havens and the U.S.A. while you build the team.
We offer a laid back and friendly environment, no KPI's, no micro management and a commission structure that increases in tranches up to 60% a quarter (paid monthly in arrears). Holidays scale up to 27 days + bank holidays - plus we close over Christmas (no holidays needed).
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual - not a journeyman/woman recruiter. This is an outstanding opportunity to build something that is highly fee generative and mould a team around you (that you would earn very well from).
Ideally you would live commutable to one of our physical offices, but we would open an office in/near your location if you are the right person for the job.
