Fourblue are recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a Multi Utilities organization to develop new business through both the existing portfolio and the acquisition of new clients.

The Business Development Manager (Multi Utilities) will be required to develop and maintain trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with multiple customers (UIP's, consultants, commercial clients and developers where required) in the Residential and I&C sector.

The Business Development Manager will need to develop a deep understanding of the customers' objectives and ensure the company consistently meets and exceeds their expectations. The Business Development Manager will also need to provide strategic support to existing customers and add customers to the portfolio, working closely with the Operations Team.

The Business Development Manager (Multi Utilities) should be seeking to expand customer relationships by continuously and proactively proposing solutions to meet their needs.

Customer Relationship Management:

Own and lead the customer relationship within the business, build an awareness of the relevant touch points and ensure that the business provides a united and consistent face to the customer
Lead regular customer meetings to discuss both operational matters and strategic opportunities
Forecast and track key customer metrics to enable timely corrective actions if needed
Ensure appropriate relationships, processes and communication channels are in place to ensure the timely and complete resolution of commercial, operational or strategic issues raised by customers
New Business/Customer Business Development:

Develop new business through acquisition of new clients, and grow existing customer business by increasing the value of business between the parties
Develop, build and manage customer relationship plans, identifying key value levers and growth opportunities
Support customers by providing strategic support on key customer bids and developer conversations
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral
In coordination with the Commercial Manager, manage and monitor customer KPI's to deliver increased value and connections in line with business plans
