Associate Director
Our Client is a Boutique Consultancy firm providing advice to occupiers, developers and institutional investors across a variety of sectors including Logistics & Industrial, Offices, Student Accommodation and Residential.
The Value of projects typically range from GBP20million to GBP50million and exceptionally up to GBP100million and currently the most busy sector of the business is the Logistics & Industrial projects.
Associate Director Key responsibilities:
Acting as the Project Lead and managing a team of project managers
Manging the pre–purchase technical due diligence process.
Managing the post–acquisition period of the project, leading the technical team through a series of gateways covering the RIBA stages 1–4.
Identifying, agreeing, and managing the procurement process and reporting to the client.
Managing the technical team through the construction phase and post construction phases of the project.
Acting as role model and mentor to graduate and assistant project managers within the team.
Representing the company in a professional manner and developing strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Recognising our client facing role is acting as a trusted advisor.
Managing clients' expectations. Experience Required / Person Specification
7+ years PQE and having delivered multiple Projects of Value above GBP10million.
Demonstrable experience of front to end development experience.
Industrial development experience is a must have!
EA experience would be ideal.
Ability to demonstrate business development and work winning ability.
Able to take the lead on projects with assistance from Grad/Assistant PMs
Ability to analyse quantitative data.
Confident individual with a professional attitude.
Good presentation and communication skills.
A team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
Bringing an attitude of collaboration, willingness to work strategically but recognising that the devil is in the detail
