Role: Business Analyst
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competative.

We have an excellent opportunity for two Business Analysts to support business transformation through BAU work and projects to join our IT team based in Alfreton.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing estimates of Business Analysis tasks to Project Managers and Development team for BAU work.
• Work with the Project Managers and business stakeholders to assist in the definition of Scope for projects.
• Reviewing the Business Cases with the Project Managers and business stakeholders.
• Work with business stakeholders to document As Is processes and assist the business in streamlining their processes through process re–engineering.
• Work with Development Team and 3rd parties to transform business requirements into Design options.
• Work with the Development Team and 3rd Party Suppliers to create prototypes.
• Work with Testers to create a Traceability Matrix from the requirements through the Test Plan and the Test Scripts.
• Provide support to the business during Training.
• Provide support to the business during change and project deployment, such as floorwalking.
• Working closely with the Development team and business stakeholders to investigate, analyse, document and provide solutions to BAU challenges.
• Seek effective solutions to business operational improvement requirements by means of Information Technology and Systems
• Identify opportunities for business–led delivery; coach employees to make use of technology and information.
What we need from you:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience of working as a Business Analyst
• ISEB/BCS qualification
• Proficient in Process Mapping
• Proficient in requirements documentation
• Proficient in data analysis
• Proficient in information modelling and structured analysis
• Root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues
• Experience in, and familiarity with IT professional standards
• Experience and familiarity with systems implementation projects and business transformation projects.
