Corporate Lawyer / Senior Associate

Your new company
You will be joining a top 100 firm that offers city–level quality advice, from the beautiful city of Bath. You will work within a friendly and down to earth team who have a great reputation within the market. It has grown into a heavyweight corporate team in the region, successfully growing its market share against more established Bristol–based competitors.

Your new role
Your role will involve advising regional, national and international businesses on a full spectrum of corporate matters; the firm have a particular sector focus in the financial services, health and social care, tech and innovation sectors; their clients include household brands and significant regional and national corporates. You would advise on the full spectrum of corporate matters with a particular focus on working with business owners with an entrepreneurial mindset and supporting them in achieving their businesses' potential.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious Corporate Finance Lawyer who is looking to join a highly regarded Corporate team. You should be a 2+PQE qualified solicitor or legal executive, with the ambition, attitude and aptitude to become and develop into a top class transactional lawyer. Ideally you will have experience in M+A and Corporate restructuring. Ideally you will already be operating at a minimum of Associate level and will have demonstrable ability to supervise more junior team members.
