Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting an exciting and ambitious division within a FTSE listed Plc, as they seek to add an experienced and qualified Finance Business Partner to their team Warwickshire.
Key accountability's will include but not be limited to;
The ideal candidate will bring energy, passion and will have the capacity to travel 1-2 days a week to another UK based sites.
You must be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercially driven roles and you will have a track-record of driving improvements.

Key accountability's will include but not be limited to;
- Support and challenge the strategic and financial priorities, and to support the decisions that deliver financial performance as part of the leadership team.
- Focus on partnering the transformation of tools and systems
- Coordinate the preparation of business forecasts and financials that are transparent and reliable.
- Enhance internal processes, allowing more time for innovative,insightful and thought-provoking value-add analysis
