A fantastic opportunity with one of our closest private equity relationships. With a busy acquisition plan in progress and with a very positive future on the horizon, the business is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to lead the finance function, provide technical accounting strength and support the CFO.
We are looking for candidates from a strong financial accounting or audit background, ideally with some experience of working within industry (sector or size of company is not too important). Candidates will be comfortable in leading all reporting and tax obligations, improving the ERP system and ensuring that working capital is managed, forecast and optimised.
There will be a lot of project work involved in this role as the business makes acquisitions and restructures. Good time management skills, attention to detail and leadership skills are really important. You will also have a strong commercial orientation and levels of acumen.
The investor is keen to recruit an individual who is looking for a long term career move and who is open to the option of a succession planning route to be CFO
